Cancellation Policy
Appointments require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellations made within less than 24 hours, or failure to show up for your appointment, will result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost or loss of deposit.
All deposits are non-refundable and will go toward your scheduled service.
Clients arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and may be subject to a cancellation fee.
No-shows or repeated late cancellations may require full payment upfront for future bookings.
