CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY At Clean Skyn Spa, appointment times are reserved exclusively for each guest. We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise; however, advance notice is required when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. CANCELLATIONS More than 12 hours before your appointment You may cancel your appointment without a cancellation fee. Within 12 hours of your appointment A 50% cancellation fee of the full-service price will be charged. Reschedule must happen same day in order to use deposit for next appointment. Your are allowed one transfer of deposit. After your scheduled appointment time Any cancellation made after the appointment start time will be considered a No-Show and will result in a 100% charge of the booked service price. RESCHEDULING More than 5 hours before your appointment You may reschedule your appointment one time without a fee. Within 5 hours of your appointment A 50% rescheduling fee of the full-service price will apply. After your scheduled appointment time Rescheduling after the appointment start time is considered a No-Show and will result in a 100% charge of the booked service price. Any applicable cancellation or rescheduling fee must be paid before a new appointment can be scheduled. SAME-DAY APPOINTMENTS Appointments booked within 12 hours of the requested appointment time are considered same-day appointments and are subject to this policy. By booking a same-day appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the cancellation and rescheduling terms. ⸻ LATE ARRIVAL POLICY Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to allow sufficient time for check-in and preparation. 1–9 minutes late: Your service may still be performed as scheduled, depending on availability and the remaining appointment time. 10–15 minutes late: Your appointment may be shortened or modified to remain within your scheduled appointment time. The full-service price will still apply. 15+ minutes late: Your appointment may be cancelled and classified as a No-Show. A 100% charge of the booked service price will apply. Cancellation after appointment start time: If you contact Clean Skyn Spa to cancel after your appointment has already started, the appointment will be considered a No-Show, and 100% of the booked service price will be charged. Late arrivals do not extend the scheduled appointment time. This policy allows us to remain on schedule and provide each guest with the time and attention they deserve.
